Buried Treasure
I will give you hidden treasures,
riches stored in secret places,
so that you may know that I am the Lord,

“But, Lord,” said Martha, the sister of the dead man, “by this time there is a bad odor, for he has been there four days.” 40 Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?”

How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever?
How long will you hide your face from me?

1. Watch – acknowledge and be attentive to the pain you are experiencing and avoid avoidance.
2. Wait –be patient in the messy middle of your journey, trusting in Christ and His sustaining grace.
Teach me your way, Lord; lead me in a straight path because of my oppressors.
12 Do not turn me over to the desire of my foes, for false witnesses rise up against me, spouting malicious accusations. 13 I remain confident of this: I will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. 14 Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.Psalm 27:11 -14
This is the word that came to Jeremiah from the Lord: 2 “Go down to the potter’s house, and there I will give you my message.” 3 So I went down to the potter’s house, and I saw him working at the wheel. 4 But the pot he was shaping from the clay was marred in his hands; so the potter formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to him.
